TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE orinbu.com

The online store ORINBU.COM, operating under the address orinbu.com, is run by VOYNBERG LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, headquartered at Poznań, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1 NIP: 7812012149, REGON: 386825454 KRS: 0000856236.
- Definitions
The terms used in the Regulations mean:
- Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or an organizational unit that is not a legal entity, but has legal capacity by special provisions, which places an Order within the Store and thus concludes a sales agreement with the entity running the Store;
- Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code (Dz. U. of 2020, item 1740 as amended);
- Regulations – these Regulations for providing services electronically in the online store orinbu.com;
- Online Store (Store) – an online service available at orinbu.com, through which the Customer can particularly place Orders;
- Goods – products presented in the Online Store;
- Sales Agreement – a sales agreement for Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the entity running the online store and the Customer, concluded using the Store’s online service;
- Consumer Rights Act – the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Dz. U. of 2020, item 287);
- Act on Providing Services Electronically – the Act of July 18, 2002 on Providing Services Electronically (Dz. U. of 2020, item 344 as amended);
- Order – a Customer’s declaration of will aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods, placed electronically by entering data into the sales system and confirming them with buttons like “Order with obligation to pay”, “Payment for the order”, “Order and pay”, “Buy and pay”, “Confirm purchase”, “Pay now”, or “Buy now”;
- Code of Civil Procedure – the Act of November 17, 1964 (Dz. U. of 2020, item 1575 as amended).
2. General Provisions
2.1. These Regulations set out the rules for using the online store available at orinbu.com.
2.2. These Regulations constitute the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on Providing Services Electronically.
2.3. The online store operating at orinbu.com is run by VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O., headquartered at Poznań, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1 NIP: 7812012149, REGON: 386825454 KRS: 0000856236.
2.4. These Regulations specify in particular:
- a) the rules for registering and using an account in the Store;
- b) the conditions and rules for electronic reservations of products available in the Store;
- c) the conditions and rules for placing Orders electronically within the Store;
- d) the rules for concluding Sales Agreements using services provided in the Store;
2.5. Using the Store is possible if the IT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
- a) Internet Explorer version 11
- b) Firefox version 33
- c) Chrome version 39
2.6. To use the Store, the Customer should obtain access to a computer or end device with Internet access.
2.7. In accordance with applicable laws, VOYNBERG LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the Store to persons aged 18 or older. In such cases, potential Customers will be notified.
2.8. Customers can access these Regulations at any time through a link on the main page of orinbu.com/regulations and download and print them.
2.9. Information about the Goods on the Store’s website, including descriptions, technical and operational parameters, and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement under Article 71 of the Civil Code.
III. Rules for Using the Online Store
3.1. The condition for starting to use the Online Store is registration.
3.2. Registration is completed by filling in and accepting the registration form available on the Store’s website.
3.3. Registration requires agreeing to the content of the Regulations and providing personal data marked as mandatory, such as:
- Name and surname,
- Mailing address,
- Email address,
- Phone number.
3.4. If data specified in section 3.3 (b-d) change during the term of the sales agreement, the Customer must notify the Store, otherwise correspondence sent to the last valid address/email/phone number will be considered delivered.
3.5. Correspondence sent to the address/email/phone number provided in accordance with this section will be considered delivered even if:
- The Customer refuses to accept it,
- It is not collected from the post office despite being notified twice.
3.6. In the cases described in sections 3.4 and 3.5, correspondence is considered delivered on the day of refusal or the day after the last day of being notified twice at the post office.
3.5. VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O. may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store or limit their access to part or all of the Store’s resources, effective immediately, in case of a violation of the Regulations by the Customer, particularly if the Customer:
- a) Provided untrue, inaccurate, or outdated information during registration, misleading or violating the rights of third parties,
- b) Violated third-party rights through the Store, particularly other customers’ rights,
- c) Commits other actions deemed inconsistent with laws or general Internet use principles or damaging the reputation of VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O.
3.6. A person deprived of the right to use the Store cannot re-register without prior consent from VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O.
3.7. To ensure the security of transmitted communications and data related to services provided within the Site, the Online Store implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of risk to the security of services provided, particularly measures preventing unauthorized access and modification of personal data transmitted online.
3.8. The Customer is particularly obligated to:
- a) Not provide or transmit content prohibited by law, such as content promoting violence, defamatory or infringing personal rights or other rights of third parties,
- b) Use the Store in a way that does not disrupt its operation, particularly through specific software or devices,
- c) Not take actions such as spamming or placing unsolicited commercial information within the Store,
- d) Use the Store in a way that is not burdensome to other customers and VOYNBERG LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY,
- e) Use all content within the Store for personal use only,
- f) Use the Store in accordance with the laws of Poland, the Regulations, and general Internet use principles.
4. Procedure for Concluding a Sales Agreement
4.1. To conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, one must visit the website orinbu.com, select the Goods , and take the necessary technical steps based on the displayed messages and information available on the site.
4.2. The selection of Goods by the Customer is made by adding them to the cart.
4.3. During the order placement – until the “Order” button is pressed – the Customer can modify the entered data and the Goods selection. For this, they should follow the displayed messages and information available on the site.
4.4. After providing all necessary data, an order summary will be displayed. This summary will include:
- Personal information,
- Order details,
- Unit and total price of ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional charges (if any),
- Chosen payment method,
- Chosen delivery method,
- Delivery time,
4.5. To place an Order, the Customer must accept the Regulations, provide mandatory personal data, and press a button like “Order with obligation to pay”, “Payment for the order”, “Order and pay”, “Buy and pay”, “Confirm purchase”, “Pay now”, or “Buy now”.
4.6. Sending an Order constitutes a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Agreement with VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O., in accordance with the Regulations.
4.7. After placing an Order, the Customer receives an email confirming all significant elements of the Order.
4.8. The agreement is considered concluded upon receiving the email mentioned above.
4.9. The Sales Agreement is concluded in Polish, with content consistent with the Regulations.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place at the address indicated by the Customer during the Order placement.
5.2. Delivery of ordered Goods is made by courier or parcel machine. Delivery costs are indicated here: https://orinbu.com/shipping-prices/
5.3. Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days , counting from the day the Order is placed by the Customer.
The preservation, security, availability, and confirmation to the Customer of significant provisions of the Sales Agreement for Goods is achieved by sending the Customer an email and by including a printout confirmation, Order specification, and VAT invoice (if they want one) in the package. 6. Prices and Payment Methods
6.1. Goods prices are in Polish zlotys and include all components, including VAT (with a breakdown of the rate), customs duties, and any other elements.
6.2. The Customer can pay:
- a) by bank transfer to account number 12 1050 1520 1000 0090 8102 3823,
- b) via PayU,
- c) by card payment through PayU,
- d) cash or card on delivery.
6.3. The Store reserves ownership of the sales object until the price is paid by the Customer.
6.4. If the Customer doesn’t pick up the goods, the Store reserves the right – within 30 days from the day the goods should have been picked up – to withdraw from the sales agreement due to the Customer’s fault.
6.5. The Customer will be charged for costs arising from withdrawing from the sales agreement due to their fault, including shipping costs both ways.
7. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
7.1. The Customer , being a consumer under Article 22[1] of the Civil Code or a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, where the agreement’s content indicates it is not of a professional nature, has the right – according to applicable laws – to withdraw from a distance agreement without reason by submitting a statement in writing and sending it within 14 days to: ul. 7.2. The 14-day period starts from the day the Goods are delivered.
7.3. The right to withdraw from the agreement by the Customer, as mentioned in section 7.1, is excluded in the case of:
– starting – with the Customer’s consent – service provision by orinbu.com before the 14-day period expires;
– music and audiovisual recordings, and computer programs on data carriers, after removing their original packaging;
– agreements for services where the price or remuneration depends solely on financial market movements;
– goods (services) with properties defined by the Customer in their order or closely related to them;
– services that cannot be returned due to their nature or spoil quickly;
– press deliveries;
– gambling services,
– agreements where the item is delivered in a sealed package that, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
– other cases specified by law.
7.4. In case of withdrawing from a distance agreement, the agreement is considered not concluded. The parties’ obligations are returned in their original state, unless necessary changes occurred within normal management. The return should occur promptly, no later than 14 days. The purchased Goods should be returned to:

7.5. Returned Goods should be appropriately packed to prevent damage during transport.
7.6. Packaging and return costs are borne by the Customer.
VIII. Complaints about Goods
8.1. VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O. as a seller is liable to the Customer as specified in section 7.1 for the non-compliance of the Goods purchased by this Customer, as regulated by the Consumer Rights Act.
8.2. Complaints arising from violations of the Customer’s legally guaranteed rights or these Regulations should be directed to support@orinbu.com. VOYNBERG LTD. commits to addressing each complaint within 14 days, or if not possible, informing the Customer when it will be addressed.
8.3. VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O. is not the manufacturer of the Goods. The manufacturer is liable for the warranty as specified in the warranty card. If possible, the Customer may direct warranty claims directly to an authorized service center listed in the warranty card.
9. Complaints about Electronic Services
9.1. VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O. takes steps to ensure proper operation of the Store, as far as technical knowledge allows, and commits to resolving reported issues promptly.
9.2. The Customer should immediately notify VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O.. of any issues or interruptions in the Store’s operation.
9.3. Issues with the Store can be reported in writing to: ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, Poznań 60-521, by email to support@orinbu.com, or through the contact form.
9.4. The complaint should include the Customer’s name, correspondence address, type, and date of the issue.
9.5. VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O. commits to addressing each complaint within 14 days or informing the Customer when it will be addressed.
10. Personal Data Processing Information
According to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the European Parliament and Council (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform that:

- Your data will be processed for: – concluding and fulfilling a sales agreement – under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;– fulfilling the Administrator’s legitimate interest, particularly resolving claims related to the agreement – under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;– fulfilling legal obligations – under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- Your data will be kept as required by law, necessary to achieve the goals mentioned;
- You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, withdraw consent, transfer data, or object to the processing of your data,
- You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe your data processing violates GDPR;
- Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for concluding a sales agreement; not doing so will prevent concluding the agreement;
- Your data will be shared only with entities authorized by law and those participating in fulfilling the sales agreement.
- Your data won’t be processed automatically or profiled.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. Disputes between VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O. and the Customer, who is a consumer or a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity, where it is not of a professional nature, are subject to courts in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.
11.2. Disputes between VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O. and the Customer who is not a consumer or whose agreement is related to their business but not professional are subject to the court where VOYNBERG SP. Z O. O. is headquartered.
11.3. Unspecified matters are governed by the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services Electronically, and other applicable Polish laws.
11.4. The Store’s Regulations may change for important reasons:
- Changes in law;
- Organizational reasons, particularly:
- i) Changes in the Store’s profile, assortment, or new services;
- ii) Changes in address, name, or legal form of the Store’s entity;
iii) Changes in payment methods,
- iv) Changes in delivery methods,
- v) Other technical changes.
11.5. Customers will be notified of changes by a message on the Store’s homepage summarizing the changes for at least 14 days, and Customers with an account will also be emailed. Notification occurs at least 14 days before the new Regulations take effect. Customers may notify the Store within 14 days if they do not accept the new Regulations.
11.6. Changes don’t apply to agreements concluded before the change.
11.7. These Regulations take effect on 29.04.2024.
